Welcome to my School Yearbook web - site! If you are looking for or hoping to find a school yearbook where you attended school you need to know the name of the school, city the school is in, and the state and the year or years you are looking for .  I used to help locate yearbooks for people but no longer have the time so I am listing places that may make it easier for you to find them.
 
I remember when I was looking for my yearbooks and would have appreciated help in locating them. My "Yearbooks wanted Tip Page" is on this web-site for people to use as a guide when searching for the yearbooks themselves.

Step 1 :       Put the yearbooks you are looking for

Step 4 :       Schools : Check to see if the school you
                went to has the yearbook you want.   They
                often have yearbooks 1995 and newer.

Step 5 :            Abebooks
 
           Note :  Schools and Items are listed Alphabetically
      Examples below :  If you are looking for the following :
               
         1994 Valhalla High School Yearbook  El Cajon, Ca.
 
         1978 Grossmont High School Yearbook La Mesa, Ca.
 
         1998 Carlsbad High School Yearbook Carlsbad, Ca.
 
     Type in only what is red and when you click on search
     and a new screen comes up You then look for the year
     you want and then make sure the city the school is in is
     listed as there may be several schools
        of the same name.
 
          note : You type the school information in the
        Keyword block
          If you are browsing to see what schools are listed in a
        state, type that state in :
 
        Example:  California Yearbook, Ohio Yearbook

Step 6:      Alibris Books
 
      Alibris has books similar to Abe books but finding
      them is a little different .  When the web-site first
       comes up on the left of the page you will see the word
    SEARCH about 3 inches below .If you click on books just
    under advanced search options:  the screen will change
    and then it is very similar to Abebooks.  It may take some
    getting used to.  I hope you put this web-site and the
    Abebooks one in your favorite places.

Step 7:          Books-A-Million has over 1000 yearbooks .
             When the page comes up click on Hard to find
            at the top of the page then search for them like
            you do on Abebooks. put school information in
            the subject block .  This is Great !!

Step 8 :      Buying yearbooks on ebay can be exciting
              and certainly a place you might find your
              yearbook . Finding the yearbooks on ebay is
              easy just click on  EBAY..  In order to bid
              on ebay you will need to register with ebay so that
              you can get an ID name and password to
              Register click on the red Register and when the
              page comes up scroll down the page toward the
              bottom and click on register. It may take a few
              days but you can do it.....
 
  Something new !!!  ebay has presently changed the
   way that yearbooks are found. The best way for now is to
   type e-bay.com in your browser and when the screen 
   comes up.  Type in the "What are you looking for block",
   exactly what you are looking for.
   If you are looking for a 1966 Santa Ana high school
   yearbook......type that in without the year as they may not
   have the year you want but might have a 1965  this way
   you will know if any years for that school are listed. Also
   always write yearbook rather than yearbooks this can
   make a huge difference in the amount of yearbooks that
   will be listed.

Step 9 :     These are the search engines
                    Below is some good search engines for
                               finding yearbooks.   
     When the site comes up type in the school you are
     looking for.  and after the school name add
     yearbook.
 
            Example :  Hamilton High School Yearbook

Here I am listing all yearbooks on ebay and ebay stores on line at this time

Alabama Yearbooks...... on ebay......................ebay stores

Alaska yearbooks .......   on ebay ..................... ebay stores

Arkansas Yearbooks.... on ebay ..................... ebay stores

Navy Yearbooks........... On ebay .....................ebay stores

 

I have stopped here as when you click on Alabama or Alaska Yearbooks above and want to put in another state or Navy Yearbooks you can do that. just change it to the state you want. You can also type in Army Yearbook, Airforce Yearbook, and Coast Guard Yearbook. You do this in the top left column where you see Alabama Yearbooks/yearbook or Alaska Yearbook/Yearbooks.

On the ebay store one when the page comes up just type in the state you want.

Example : California school yearbook or Ca. school yearbook

try it both ways as sometimes more listings come up for one than the other.  Try Ny. and New York as well.
